Developed in conjunction with leading academics and professionals from the HR industry, the ACEF HR Awards’ will be a benchmark for others to ENUMARATE. The judging panel of The ACEF HR Awards is made up of distinguished judges and advisors from the business and HR arenas. The panel will evaluate and decide on the award recipients based on the judging criteria.
Entry submission should consist of :
* Write up of not more than 2500 words in Word Format or PPT Format
* Supportives (If any-) Images, PPT to be uploaded on google drive and Links to be shared
* Videos (if any) to be uploaded on youtube and the link to be shared with us
Judging Criteria:
Individual Award Category: The individual must be an employee of the participating organisation as well as demonstrates and achieves the following:
• Personal Attributes & Professional Development
• Contribution to Employee Needs
• Contribution to Business Needs
• Contribution to Industry/ National Needs
• Specific challenge, solution, and the outcome using specific data and/or metrics (where possible)
• Personal Achievements/Awards/Recognitions (If Any)
Organisation / Enablers / Special Award Categories

• Contribution to Organisation & Business Needs
