* Write up of not more than 2500 words in Word Format or PPT Format
* Supportives (If any) Images, PPT to be uploaded on google drive and Links to be shared
* Videos (if any) to be uploaded on youtube and the link to be shared with us

Judging Criteria:
Individual Awards: The individual must be an employee of the participating organisation as well as demonstrates and achieves the following:
• Personal Attributes & Professional Development
• Contribution to Employee Needs
• Contribution to Business Needs
• Contribution to Industry/ National Needs
• Specific challenge, solution, and the outcome using specific data and/or metrics (where possible)
• Personal Achievements/Awards/Recognitions (If Any)
