Judging Criteria: Individual Awards: The individual must be an employee of the participating organisation as well as demonstrates and achieves the following: • Personal Attributes & Professional Development • Contribution to Employee Needs • Contribution to Business Needs • Contribution to Industry/ National Needs • Specific challenge, solution, and the outcome using specific data and/or metrics (where possible) • Personal Achievements/Awards/Recognitions (If Any)
